2. Our registrations

• Rahane One Limited is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-359213). AMFI registration does not mean AMFI or SEBI certifies our services.
• Rahane One Limited is an Authorised Person of Share India Securities Limited (SEBI Reg. No. INZ000178336), registered with NSE (AP1745006403) and BSE (AP01022601177259). Trading and demat services are provided by Share India.
• Our focus is distribution and service. We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager, so we do not give investment advice, stock tips, buy/sell calls or target prices.

• We offer Regular Plans, on which the AMC pays us a commission. Direct Plans of the same scheme have a lower expense ratio.
• Scheme information comes from AMCs and licensed data providers. The SID, SAI and KIM are the official documents, and we encourage you to read them.
• Past performance may or may not be sustained in future. Where we show performance, it follows SEBI's prescribed format, alongside the scheme's benchmark.
• Each scheme's riskometer is shown as published by the AMC and may change over time.

5. Screeners and calculators

Our screeners help you sort and filter facts using criteria you choose — the results are not rankings, ratings or recommendations. Calculators show illustrations based on the assumptions you enter; they are not projections or promises of returns.

6. Market data

Prices, indices and scheme data come from stock exchanges, AMCs and licensed providers, with the source shown where required. Data may sometimes be delayed, and while we take great care, we cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.

7. Futures & options (F&O)

Trading in futures and options carries a high level of risk and can lead to losses greater than the margin deposited. SEBI studies have found that most individual traders in equity F&O incur net losses. Please read the Risk Disclosure Document and the F&O risk disclosure provided by Share India before you trade.
