1. Nature of Services

• Rahane One is a financial services consulting platform. We provide information, guidance, and facilitation to help users access financial products such as mutual funds, IPOs, broking, loans, and insurance.
• Certain regulated services (such as demat account opening, broking, and trading) are not directly provided by Rahane One but are facilitated through our partner Share India and other SEBI/RBI/IRDAI-registered entities, as applicable. Your use of such services will additionally be governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective partner entity.
• Rahane One does not guarantee approval of any loan, insurance policy, IPO allotment, or investment outcome. All approvals and allotments are at the sole discretion of the relevant partner institution, subject to their eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration and KYC

• To access certain services, you may be required to register and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, and other documents as mandated by regulators.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. No Investment Advice / Disclaimer

• The content available on the Platform — including market data, indices, articles, toolkits, and FAQs — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Investments in securities, mutual funds, and IPOs are subject to market risks. Past performance of any financial product is not indicative of future results. You are advised to read all scheme-related and offer documents carefully and to consult an independent financial advisor before making any investment decision.
• Rahane One, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any investment decisions made by users based on information available on the Platform.
• Market data (indices, market capitalisation, price changes, etc.) displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties and is provided for reference only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

5. Loans and Insurance Products

• Loan and insurance products displayed or referenced on the Platform are offered by our third-party lending and insurance partners. Rahane One acts only as a facilitator/referral platform and is not the lender or insurer.
• Interest rates, loan tenures, premiums, coverage terms, and approval timelines (including any indicative timelines such as "24–48 hours") are illustrative and subject to change based on the partner institution's policies, your eligibility, and documentation.
• Any dispute regarding disbursement, repayment, claims, or servicing of a loan or insurance product must be raised directly with the concerned partner institution.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse any content, data, or functionality of the Platform;
• Use the Platform to transmit malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, the Rahane One brand name, images, and software — is the property of Rahane Finserve or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Partner Services

The Platform may contain links to, or facilitate redirection toward, third-party websites and portals (including Share India's eKYC/demat platform). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party website. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them, governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahane One and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, reliance on any information provided, or any transaction conducted with our partner institutions, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment value.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rahane One, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
